What to show on the dashboard

Data & backup
Your data lives in your Supabase database. Export a copy regularly for safe-keeping or to move it elsewhere.
Full backup
Zips your entire ledger, settings, users and activity history into one archive file.
Spreadsheet export
Every expense, asset, furniture item and sale as a single CSV — opens in Excel or Sheets.
Restore from backup
Load a .zip backup created with “Download backup” above. This replaces the current ledger and settings with the backup’s contents.
Destroy all entries — fresh start
Super admin
Permanently deletes every expense, asset, furniture item and sale, leaving a clean ledger. You must download a full backup first — this cannot be undone.
